I’ll admit it, my earliest memory of Jose Feliciano is singing his oh so famous “Feliz Navidad” during yearly holiday performances in elementary school, as a member of “Los Cadetes Espanoles de Beasley”. What does that mean, you ask? Oh, just “Beasley Cadets” in Spanish is all! Yeah, talk about being popular…not!
Well right now Bruce and I are listening to “Light My Fire”, which is such a sexy, romantic version that I always choose to sing at karaoke. Between this and “Don’t Let the Sun Catch You Crying” they are my favorite songs off of his “Feliciano!” album.
