Payment
All major credit cards are accepted through secure and safe processing through this site.
Shipping
• Unless otherwise requested, we ship via USPS Priority, within 5-10 business days of sale.*
• We will send you an email with your Delivery Confirmation number when we've shipped your order. Delivery Confirmation is included for all US orders.
• We are happy to do expedited shipping w/in the US via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Just contact us for pricing.
* Custom orders, such as rings and fine jewelry will have a longer lead time. Please see descriptions of such items for more information.
• We gladly ship anywhere in the world!
• International orders are shipped via First Class International (USPS) which at this time, offers no tracking. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they leave the US.
• If you would like an upgrade to Priority or Global International please feel free to inquire about the costs. We will only charge for the actual postage, but be aware that the USPS pricing for items starts at $13.50 USD.
• Please note: International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
Refunds and Exchanges
The worst thing is to buy something you fell in love with, but for some reason it just didn't work out between the two of you and you want to return it for a refund, only to find out you can only get an exchange!
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or an exchange.
You must contact helpme@linguanigra.com BEFORE returning anything.
• You must contact us about your return within 7 days of receipt.
• Returns after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee starting at 20% of the original price of the order.
• Returned item must be in the original condition, in original packaging, and include a copy of the packing slip. If these guidelines are followed, a prompt refund of the purchase price will be issued.
• Purchase price does not include shipping charges paid.
